Every steed has its stumble.
Arabic proverb
“Every steed has its stumble.”
What does Arabic proverb mean?
A classical Arabic proverb — li-kulli jawadin kabwah — from the vocabulary of horsemanship: even the best horse stumbles. It is used the way it sounds, to argue that a single failure does not reclassify a person, and it belongs with the hadith that all the children of Adam err.
