Indeed, it is Allah who is the Provider, the firm possessor of strength.

Allah is the Provider for His servants, all of them are in need of His provision, He is the Supreme-Lord, Every Mighty, nothing is outside His ability. All of the jinns and men submit to His power (may He be glorified).
The plain meaning, from Al-Mukhtasar fi at-Tafsir
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلرَّزَّاقُ ذُو ٱلْقُوَّةِ ٱلْمَتِينُ
Indeed, it is Allah who is the continual Provider, the firm possessor of strength.
What does Quran 51:58 mean?
The verses just before this state why creation exists at all — "I did not create jinn and mankind except to worship Me" — and then add that He seeks no provision from them and does not want to be fed. This verse is the conclusion: the provision runs the other way. The name it uses is ar-Razzaq, the intensive form — not one who provides but the one who does nothing else — and it is the only place in the Qur'an the word appears, though its root runs through more than a hundred verses.
