The explanation

What does Quran 93:4 mean?

Surah ad-Duha was consolation, revealed when the Prophet (peace be upon him) was being told his Lord had left him. Its answer moves in three steps: your Lord has not forsaken you, the next life is better for you than this one, and your Lord will give until you are pleased. This is the middle step — and the comparison is made to a man whose present circumstances were as hard as they would ever get.
